Terms and Conditions for Sellers
Welcome to Forever After Boutique! By signing up and listing your products on our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Platform Usage
1.1 Sellers must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
1.2 All products listed on the platform must comply with applicable laws and must not infringe on third-party rights.
1.3 Forever After Boutique reserves the right to modify or remove any listings or content that violate these terms.
2. Fees and Payments
2.1 During the Early Access period, listing products is FREE.
2.2 A commission of 22% will be applied to the sale price (excluding shipping costs) for every product sold.
2.3 Payments will be processed through your selected method (PayPal or Bank Transfer) and transferred within 14 working days after the order is marked as completed.
2.4 Forever After Boutique is not responsible for any additional transaction fees imposed by payment providers.
3. Shipping
3.1 Sellers are responsible for accurately weighing and pricing their products to include shipping costs.
3.2 Free shipping is available for orders over £40. The shipping costs for multi-vendor orders will be distributed proportionally among sellers.
3.3 Sellers must ship products promptly and provide a tracking number when applicable. Failure to ship items within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
4. Product Listings
4.1 All product descriptions, images, and prices must be accurate and truthful. Misleading information is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Sellers are encouraged to use high-quality images in JPG format (recommended size: 1024x1024 pixels).
4.3 Forever After Boutique reserves the right to remove any products deemed inappropriate, offensive, or irrelevant to the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Sellers retain ownership of their products and content. However, by listing products, you grant Forever After Boutique the right to use your content (e.g., product images and descriptions) for promotional purposes.
5.2 You affirm that you have the legal rights to sell all listed items and that they do not infringe on intellectual property rights.
6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
6.1 Sellers must clearly state their return and refund policies in product descriptions.
6.2 You are responsible for handling customer service inquiries related to your products, including refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.
6.3 Forever After Boutique is not liable for disputes between sellers and buyers but will assist in mediating where possible.
7. Account Suspension or Termination
7.1 Forever After Boutique reserves the right to suspend or terminate any seller account for violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activities.
7.2 Sellers may request account deletion at any time. However, any outstanding payments or disputes must be resolved before the account can be closed.
8. Liability
8.1 Forever After Boutique is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of products sold by sellers.
8.2 Sellers agree to indemnify Forever After Boutique against any claims, damages, or losses arising from their activities on the platform.
9. Modifications to Terms
9.1 Forever After Boutique reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Sellers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
By signing up as a seller on Forever After Boutique, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
